There’s a “vigil” for jacko today in Frankfurt. Some sort of mini parade escorted by police cars. There are more people for this than for the Persian election “irregularities” protest. I thought only americans would be capable of such boorish behaviour…I think I’ve lost some respect for the germans today. Then again these might not be germanys best and brightest

Today we went to the zoo. Ate at the mexican restaurant there (Sombreros), then saw Transformers 2.
The mexican food did in fact include carrots, broccoli, and zucchini inside a wrap with chicken and cheese. Salsa and guacamole from a can as well…

The Transformers movie was pretty much everything that is wrong with summer hollywood movies. I don’t normally go to that type of movie, but what else was I gonna do after visting the zoo…I just didn’t have the strength

Watched a bit of Flight of the conchordes yesterday with some Aussies…they were apparently bothered by the kiwi accent. They obviously don’t realize how grating their own accent is

america leads Brazil in football…haha! If they win where are they ranked?

Love the June weather…Sun in the morning. Thunderstorms in the evenings…Humidity all night. Ugh (sometimes)!

There’s a mini protest in the Römer…Very dissapointing. The cop to protestor ratio is all wrong …I havn’t seen a decent protest in months…

so yesterday was another spring holiday in Deutschland…something to do with easter I guess…I don’t really know what to do with myself on those days off so I watched sesamestrasse and some other kiddy programs in the morning. I took today off and havn’t done much either except go to starbucks. I’ll probably need a nap soon
